We're Your Biggest Supporter
Hi there! I'm NaBeela Washington, Founder of Prae.
In 2015, I decided to take a leap of faith, and bring Prae to life. I had spoken to a number of small business owners who helped me better understand larger issues local businesses were experiencing. Basically small business owners are overlooked, priced out of help, and didn't have access to consistent, and people-focused marketing education.
I knew my idea wasn't new; there are HUNDREDS of agencies that support the same mission, BUT there was still something missing. I didn't want to be another agency (I really hate that word). I didn't want to be acquired. I wanted to create solutions that met businesses in the middle, and give them an equal opportunity, and access to marketing education.
The compliment Prae receives the most from clients is that we're always willing.
We're willing to partner with businesses with lean budgets, create personalized brand experiences, go the extra mile, take a pay cut, and really, and truly give back to the community.
One of the most unique things about Prae is that we focus on people. It's kind of silly actually to think you can do anything as a brand without your customer. That would be a pretty awkward relationship when you think about.
In 2016 Prae took off helping businesses throughout New England, the South, West Coast, and even Canada.
In 2017, Prae went from 1 entrepreneur carrying the dream to 5. That was really exciting, (but also pretty scary too).
Even though we're growing, and constantly changing, to continue providing powerful solutions, our core values, and beliefs never will.
I'm so glad I didn't put off starting Prae, or give up along the way, and I look forward to touching many more businesses, and communities.
